These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of remoteaiventures.com and the services of Remote AI Ventures LLC, doing business as Remote AI ("Remote AI," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to our SMS program. By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Our services

Remote AI provides AI education and coaching, including the Remote AI Academy coaching program, the Remote AI Club community, and the free Road to 10K community on Skool. Our services are educational. We teach skills and how to use AI tools; we make no promises or representations regarding any specific financial, employment, business, or other outcome. Individual results depend on each person's effort, background, and circumstances.

3. SMS Terms and Conditions

Program description

Remote AI Ventures LLC (DBA Remote AI) offers a text messaging program to clients and prospective clients who opt in through the forms on our website. With non-marketing consent, messages include appointment scheduling and reminders, coaching session updates, program and account notifications, and responses to your inquiries. With separate marketing consent, messages may also include information about new courses, workshops, and special offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (619) 361-3170. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates and frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Accounts and payments

Some programs require registration or payment. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure. Program fees, billing terms, and any refund terms are provided to you before enrollment.

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting our systems, harassing other members or staff, or sharing paid program content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, and logos are owned by Remote AI Ventures LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only.

7. Third-party tools and platforms

Our lessons reference third-party AI tools and platforms, and our free community is hosted on Skool. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Educational content is for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or tax advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remote AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
