• SMS consent records: whether you opted in to non-marketing and/or marketing text messages, and the date, time, and source of that consent.
• Program information: details needed to schedule coaching sessions and manage your program participation or account.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check a consent box, we will send text messages as described on our SMS Program page. Non-marketing and marketing messages each require their own separate consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and messaging platforms), and only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf. These providers are required to protect your information. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are handled only as described in the SMS section above.

We do not use cookies to collect your mobile number or SMS consent for sharing with third parties.
